FUNERAL HOME CEREMONIES

If there are any fire companies that do not have a funeral home visitation program written up, the Chaplains of the New Jersey Exempt Firemen’s Association can help.  The Exempts have a very impressive ceremony which can be read when the fire company attends the funeral home.  It is not long and is appreciated by the family to know that a deceased member is appreciated by his fellow firefighters.  Call your County Executive Committeeman, who will call the member of the Chaplains Committee who lives closest.  All that is necessary is 24 hours notice.
